Anyone wishing to participate can join in for one or more sessions, from 9.30 to 11, 11 to 13.00, 13.00 to 15.00 and 15.00 to 17.00. Remember to bring your tun book and don’t hesitate to contact us for any further information.

Ngagkong is a practice of the principle guardians of the Dzogchen teachings: Ekajati, Rahula and Dorje Legpa.
