7th Lojong explanation and practice: Training the mind by means of meditative stability in the state beyond thought

with Fabio Andrico

Reserved to those who have received teachings from Chögyal Namkhai Norbu.

"The meditative stability of the state completely beyond thought is the base whence all contemplations arise, just like a well tended field."

This course is for those who would like to enter or deepen the experience of meditative stability in the state beyond thoughts according to the base practices of Santi Maha Sangha, clarifying and training in the practice of khumbaka.

The seven mental trainings or lojong (blo sbyong ) included in the base of Santi Maha Sangha as preliminary practices, are extracts from the written cycle of Chetsun Nyingthig and are part of the Dzogchen Upadesha tradition. The seventh lojong called ”training the mind by means of meditative stability in the state beyond thoughts” consists of three methods linked to visualisation and breathing, and aims to bring the practitioner to the state beyond thoughts by means of three experiences.
