The course is a pilot project on the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of the birth of the Vajra Dance, taught by the Master for the first time in 1991: Prima Mai will teach from the Gönpa of Merigar, flanked by other teachers, and the course will be broadcast in zoom to all the Gars and Lings who want to participate. Practitioners can participate through Gars and Lings connected via zoom. Few places will be available locally in Merigar.
Prerequisite: the connected Gars and Lings must have a mandala and a local teacher who will guide the participants.
The course is for those who know the Vajra Song Dance. We will study in particular timing, mudra and choreography of the Dance of the Song of the Vajra.
Safety information
The course modality will be confirmed and updated as required by government and regional regulations in force on the scheduled dates. If it is not possible to attend the retreat also in person, the retreat will be held online only.
Places will be spaced apart as required by government and regional regulations, and participants must adhere to the specified distance, bring a mask, and sanitize their hands at the entrance. Those who have a fever or flu-like symptoms may not participate, nor can anyone who has been recently in contact with people with Covid-19.
No snacks or drinks will be provided. Please bring your own if you feel the need. A water fountain is available near the Gönpa where you can fill your bottle.
