Mandarava Explanation and Practice Retreat with Nina Robinson

Mandarava Explanation and Practice Retreat

with Nina Robinson

6th, 7th, 8th December 2019

Anniversary of the birth of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu in our dimension.

According to the Tibetan calendar Rinpoche was born on the 10th day of the 10th month.

We start this weekend of Mandarava practice on the 10th day of the 10th month (6th December]).

8th December is our western date for the celebration of the anniversary of the birth of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu.

During this retreat we’ll try to focus on practice. We’ll do the long practice including the sogtig breathing according to the method Rinpoche taught in the Drubchen in Dzamling Gar in 2018. If we have time we’ll do some tsalungs, following the indications Rinpoche received in dreams preceding the Mandarava Drubchen in January 2010 and the Mandarava Drubchen retreat in Tashigar South in March 2010 as well as the retreat he led in Singapore in April 2011.

There will be explanations and practice from 10 am until 12.00 or12.30 and from 15.30 –until 17.00 pm, leaving space for Yantra Yoga and\or Dance of the Vajra, personal practice or whatever else anyone wants to do. Sessions are around 2 or 2½ hours each.
