Course aimed at those who already have a foundation of Yantra Yoga to learn, practice and deepen the preliminary and first two series:

  • The preliminaries: the 9 purification breathings, the 5 exercises to loosening the joints in good shape (Tsijong), the 8 movements (lungsang) to learn how to breathe correctly, the "rhythmic breathing" and the exercise to conclude the session and complete relaxation, the Tsandul, a series of five movements to control the energy channels.
  • The first series: the camel, the conch, the flame, the turtle, the plow
  • The second series: the snake, the curved knife, the dagger, the dog, the spider
  • Rhythmic breathing
