Retreat for Practitioners from the Dzogchen Community

Reserved to those who have received teachings from Chögyal Namkhai Norbu.

Practice retreat based on a program written by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu and held at Merigar in April 1990. Some sessions of the retreat will include optional Yantra Yoga exercises.

As explained in an issue of Merigar Letter published that year, "... the Master has stressed that most of the practitioners in the Dzog-chen Community have received many teachings, not only from him but also from other teachers. He said that what we are missing are not teachings, but practice, to make the teachings we have received concrete. So the Master has prepared a detailed program of practices for each day of the retreat. "

There will be 3 daily sessions (10 am, 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm); main practices include short and medium Thun, Chöd, Guruyoga of Garab Dorje , Purification of the Six Lokas, Shitro and intensive Ngagkong. Two sessions per day include Yantra Yoga exercises.

COMPLETE SCHEDULE

The retreat is limited to a maximum of 35 participants to maintain safe distancing. The retreat will be transmitted also via webcast.
