The Dance of the Vajra is meditation in movement that was taught by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu.
Through the dance we activate and coordinate specific energy points in our body according to ancient knowledge of channels and chakras. In this way the Vajra Dance dissolves energy blocks, harmonizes the three main aspects of our being - body, energy and mind - and develops presence and awareness.
Safety information
Mats will be spaced apart as required by government and regional regulations, and participants must adhere to the specified distance, bring a mask, and sanitize their hands at the entrance. Those who have a fever or flu-like symptoms may not participate, nor can anyone who has been in contact with people with Covid-19.
No snacks or drinks will be provided. Please bring your own if you feel the need. A water fountain is available where you can fill your bottle.
