At the indicated time at the Yellow House you will find a guide ready to welcome you and tell you the history, symbols and characteristics of the various buildings. The visit lasts about two hours. The visit is free and registration is required.
The meeting point is in front of the Yellow House where you will find your guide. Here is also the reception, where you can get the first information about Merigar and its activities and take a map. You will also find the books by the master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu and a small shop with Asian crafts.

In case of good weather we will walk between the various buildings, so suitable shoes are recommended.
The "green pass" is mandatory to participate.
Large groups will be divided before entering the buildings. Participants must keep a safe distance, must bring a face mask and sanitize their hands at the entrance to the buildings. Those who have a fever or flu-like symptoms may not participate, nor can anyone who has been recently in contact with people with Covid-19.
Visitors are always welcome to walk around the Merigar lands, but apart from the scheduled guided tours it may not be possible to enter all of the facilities.
The secretary is here every day except Tuesday and Thursday, from 9 to 13 and 15 to 17:30.
