A complete experience of Yantra Yoga and Ku-nye!
According to the oral instructions of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, before doing the movements of Yantra Yoga it is advisable to receive a massage that brings benefits to the body and helps to relax in a natural and pleasant way. During this workshop the sessions will alternate between yantra yoga and the application of traditional Tibetan ku-nye massage techniques that harmonise the 5 elements and the 3 humours, giving relief to the body, energy and consciousness and toning the nervous system, metabolism and articulation.
Yantra yoga works on 3 levels, body, energy and mind and by combining the sessions with the ancient techniques of ku-nye massage it helps the person to relax at the level of the body, to activate the channels at the level of the energy, and calm the thoughts at the level of the mind. The aim is balance and harmonise at all three of these aspects.
It will also be possible to enjoy a balanced lunch planned according to Tibetan medicine guidelines.
