Being interested in how body and voice are interrelated with movement, she studied and graduated as a Modern Dance teacher and performer at the School of New Dance Development, in Amsterdam.
Since 1986 she studied and practiced meditation and Vajra Dance under the guidance of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu who authorized her as a Vajra Dance instructor in 1993 and a meditation instructor in 2015.
Having recognized the importance of collaboration between different people, their respective knowledge, capacities, cultures, in order to find harmony between individuals that share life and death on this planet, she engaged in many projects, with associations and institutions within the cultural, social and medical fields. She mainly dedicated herself in teaching Vajra Dance and meditation, both in rural places and large cities around the world.
