The Nine Purification Breathings and the Rhythmic Breathing of Yantra Yoga and the benefits according to Tibetan medicine

with Fabio Andrico and the participation of Dr. Phuntsog Wangmo

The Nine Purification Breathings and the Rhythmic Breathing, respectively in Tibetan lung ro salwa (rlung ro bsal ba, literally "expel the impure air") and sabmo jorwa zhiden (zab mo sbyor ba bzhi ldan, literally "the four profound applications" ) are two pranayamas belonging to the teachings of Yantra Yoga, the Tibetan yoga of the movement, taught for the first time in the West by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu and part of a very ancient lineage.

Although they are two very simple breathing exercises, easy to apply for everyone, they are extremely profound and precious for their effects on health and on the condition of the mind and energy.

During this weekend Fabio Andrico, an internationally recognized expert Yantra Yoga instructor and creator of the Respira method, will explain these two breathing exercises in detail and will guide the participants in their practice; Menpa Puntsog Wangmo, Doctor and International Director of the School of Tibetan Medicine, will instead highlight the positive effects on health, in particular from the point of view of Tibetan Medicine.
