Natasha Priymak

Natasha was born in Tajikistan, lived mostly in Russia and in recent years has become an Italian resident. She speaks Russian, English, German and Italian.

Natasha has been practicing Yantra Yoga since she met Master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu in 2002 and received the diploma to teach the Eight Movements of Yantra Yoga in 2018. She has studied Respira/Breathe and the anatomy of breathing with Fabio Andrico and in 2017 she received the Breathe teacher diploma. She has participated in various Teacher Trainings of Yantra Yoga and Breathe, always trying to increase and develop her skills. In February 2022 she was authorized to teach the profound Respira method also to instructors and received the Respira Teacher Trainer Certificate from Fabio Andrico in Tenerife.

In 2020 and 2021 Natasha attended courses to become an instructor of Kumar Kumari (Yoga for children) and in July 2021 she received the certificate. In September 2022 she followed the training course for instructors of the Eight Movements of Yantra Yoga and warms-up on a chair and received the authorization certificate.

Natasha currently teaches Respira, the Eight Movements of Yantra Yoga, both at Merigar and online. She also teaches  Kumar Kumari at Merigar and at the Arcidosso primary school. During the summer, Natasha organizes her own yoga tours and collaborates with different competent instructors.

In 2015 she participated in Pilates courses with Boris Bazzani in Moscow and consequently uses different kinds of warmups from the Pilates and yoga therapy systems for sustaining the body's health. She received her diploma of Tibetan Ku-Nye massage from Dr. Nida Chenagtsang and the diploma of Chi Nei Tsang Massage for the vital organs from Master Mantak Chia in Thao Garden. Natasha has translated several books about Tibetan medicine and Pilates from Italian to Russian.
