Journey through self-knowledge

In thescolastic year 2019-2020 school, thanks to the Journey through self-knowledge project made with the financial contribution from UBI (Italian Buddhist Union), Merigar experts of Yantra Yoga and Meditation were involved in the programs of the primary and secondary schools of Arcidosso and Roccalbegna and the Provincial Center for Adult Education (CPIA) of Arcidosso. The feedback was very positive and children, teens and adults were able to experience weekly Yantra Yoga experiential classes and a meditation session. The Covid-19 emergency and the closure of schools interrupted the project in March, but as soon as possible we will resume the program and school visits to the Museum of Asian Art and Culture.
